We The People Have A Duty To Uphold This Sacred Document

When elected officials try to give you something for nothing, this should be the first indicator that something isn’t right. For instance, in physics, for every action there is an equal reaction. Of course we do not live in a vacuum, but you could say that our national congress is a vacuum considering that they take a lot and spend a lot.

This type of behavior should not be allowed to take place from our officials who swear to uphold the laws of the Constitution. Our federal government was created to raise and maintain a military for national defense, Settling disputes between the states, funding the construction of roads and maintaining immigration laws.

Other than that, the rest of burden is delegated to the people and the individual States. ANYTHING other than those specific delegations given to the federal government is none of their business, and should be treated as such.

When your national representitives support legislation that is over stepping their boundries, call the out on it. It is not only your right, but it is also your duty.
